[Water]Rock spring water is better: mountain spring water, mineral water, purified water
[Tea Set]You can choose glassy transparent or white porcelain tea sets for brewing dark tea.

Best Brewing Method
1.Prepare clean tea utensils. Generally speaking, whatever drinking method you may choose, you have to prepare some tea utensils beforehand, such as a kettle for boiling water and a cup for serving tea, etc, and wash them with pure and clean water.
2.Put in suitable amount of tea. Usually you can put 3 to 5 gram of black tea in one cup. The amount may be varied according to necessity. If you brew tea in teapots, then put in tea in proportion to the water.
3.Make tea with boiling water. After the second step, pour in boiling water over the tea. Better use white porcelain cups for top-grade black tea for the sake of observing the color. Generally pour in eight-tenth full of water. Boil the water first before put in tea and other ingredients if you brew tea in teapots.
4.Smell the fragrance and observe the color. 3 minutes after brewing you can smell its fragrance and observe the color of tea soup, which is most fashionable particularly when enjoy top-grade black tea, yet not so common for low-grade tea.
